We will explore your current situation, aspirations, and background information, identify what's holding you back, and clarify your goals. This session also helps us determine if we're a good fit, discuss my coaching approach, confidentiality, and set clear expectations for a productive partnership.

I believe in achieving results efficiently. Typically, six sessions are recommended to start with, as I work swiftly towards your goals while providing additional support as needed. Transforming your life begins with dedicating time and investing in yourself.
